KCBanks.com makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of rate data.

4. Lead Inquiries

When you submit a contact or loan inquiry form, your information is transmitted to the financial institution you selected. By submitting, you consent to that institution contacting you. You represent that the information you provide is accurate. Submitting a fake or fraudulent inquiry is prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers must be licensed, FDIC-insured banks or NCUA-chartered credit unions with branches in the Kansas City metropolitan area. By submitting a campaign, advertisers certify that all creative content complies with applicable law, including UDAAP, RESPA, Regulation Z, and FTC advertising standards. KCBanks.com reserves the right to reject or remove any campaign at its discretion. Ad placement is determined by auction and quality score; organic rate rankings are never influenced by advertising spend.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Site content without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent reCAPTCHA or other fraud-prevention measures
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent rate data
• Interfere with the Site's operation or infrastructure
